Common use of Appointment and Termination Clause in Contracts

Appointment and Termination. Subject to the prior written approval of the Trustee, the Issuer may at any time appoint additional or other Agents and/or vary or terminate the appointment of any Agent by giving to the Principal Paying Agent and the Agent concerned at least 60 days’ notice to that effect.
