Common use of Appointment and Termination Clause in Contracts

Appointment and Termination. The Issuer may at any time without giving any reason appoint additional Paying Agents and/or terminate the appointment of any Agent by giving to the Principal Paying Agent and the Agent concerned at least 60 days’ notice to that effect, which notice shall expire at least 30 days before or after any due date for payment of any Notes or Coupons.

Appointment and Termination. The Issuer may at any time without giving any reason appoint additional Paying Agents and/or terminate the appointment of any Agent (including the Calculation Agent) by giving to the Principal Paying Agent and the Agent concerned at least 60 calendar days’ notice to that effect, which notice shall shallnot expire at least 30 calendar days before or after any due date for payment of any Notes Bonds or Coupons.

The Issuer may at any time without giving any reason appoint additional Paying Successors to the Agents and/or vary or terminate the appointment of any Agent by giving to the Principal Paying Fiscal Agent and the Agent whose appointment is concerned at least 60 days’ ' prior written notice to that effect, which notice shall expire at least 30 days before or after any due date for payment in respect of any Notes or CouponsNotes.
