Appointment and Termination of Representatives. (1) The distribution agreements shall provide for the appointment, as insurance agent and/or registered representative of third-party selling firm, by Insurance Company of the financial intermediaries and their individual representatives. Insurance Company reserves the right to terminate any and all such appointments.
