Appointment and Removal of the GUC Trust Monitor. (a) Subject to Section 11.2(d), the GUC Trust Monitor shall serve until the earlier of (w) the final distribution of all GUC Trust Distributable Assets, (x) its resignation pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.2, (y) its removal pursuant to subsection (c) of this Section 11.2 or (z) its bankruptcy.
