Appointed Arbitrators Clause Samples
The "Appointed Arbitrators" clause defines the process by which arbitrators are selected to resolve disputes between parties. Typically, each party may appoint one arbitrator, and those arbitrators may then jointly select a third, neutral arbitrator to form a tribunal. This clause ensures that both parties have input into the composition of the arbitration panel, promoting fairness and impartiality in the dispute resolution process.
