Applying forfeitures. On your written request but no more often than once for each Plan Year, PCS will allocate forfeitures according to your Instructions. If you Instruct that you apply forfeitures as an addition to the Plan-Expenses Account, PCS will process that transaction. If you Instruct that you apply forfeitures against the amount of a contribution, PCS will, but only as provided by ¶ 10.3, calculate the net contribution. If you Instruct that you apply forfeitures as additions to Participants’ accounts, PCS will calculate the allocation among Participants’ accounts if you furnished, by a means and in a form PCS requires, all data (not already in PCS’s records) necessary to perform the calculation.
