Applied Amounts. Any amounts due by the Class B Limited Partner hereunder which are not paid within ten (10) days after demand is made therefor shall bear simple interest, from the due date therefor through the date of payment, equal to the lesser of (i) the Prime Rate plus 4% or (ii) the maximum permissible interest rate. In the event that the Class B Limited Partner shall fail to make any payment required pursuant to this Agreement, within ten
