Application to Agents. IRSA PC hereby agrees that the provisions of Sections 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7 and 5.12 shall apply to the Agents and to the Representative of the Trustee in Argentina as if each of the Agents and the Representative of the Trustee in Argentina were expressly named therein.
