Application stoppage. In the event of scheduled maintenance operations on the application, SOKIEN shall endeavour to inform the customer and the user by email, at least 48 hours before the planned date of those operations, and shall endeavour not to make access to the application unavailable for an excessive period of time. SOKIEN shall not be liable for the damages of any kind which might result from a temporary unavailability of all or part of the application.
