Application Services and Deployment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer will have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use or have access to Application Services during the Subscription Term (as extended) specified in Customer’s Order therefor. Application Services are deployed by means of software-as-a-service hosted by Sugar (“SugarCloud”), or installation by or for Customer on or at its premises or hosted by Customer or by a third party on Customer’s behalf (“On-Site”) as specified in an Order and may be used solely for Customer’s internal business operations except as otherwise specified in an Order. 1.1. Services d’application et déploiement. Sous réserve des conditions générales du présent Contrat, le Client aura le droit non exclusif, international, limité d’utiliser ou d’accéder aux Services d’application pendant la Durée de souscription (telle que prolongée) spécifiée dans la Commande du Client correspondant. Les Services d’application sont déployés au moyen d’un logiciel sous forme de service hébergé par Sugar (« SugarCloud »), ou de l’installation par ou pour le Client dans ses locaux ou hébergé par le Client ou par un tiers pour le compte du Client (« Sur site ») comme spécifié dans la Commande ; ils ne peuvent être utilisés que dans le cadre des opérations commerciales internes du Client, sauf indication contraire dans la Commande.
