APPLICATION PROJECT SERVICES. If PacifiCare requests Supplier to perform application development or maintenance services which are not part of the Agreement as of the Effective Date, then such application development or maintenance services will be considered to be New Services. The parties have agreed on the applicable rates for such services, which are set forth on Attachment 17.8 to this Schedule.
