APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. This Agreement shall apply to the City of Mitcham (the employer), the Australian Workers Union (Greater South Australian Branch) (the Union), and all employees of the City of Mitcham who are engaged in manual activities in connection with engineering works, construction and maintenance, depot operations, waste management, parks and gardens, cleaning, trades and similar activities carried out by Council.

  • APPLICATION AND PARTIES BOUND 5.1 The parties bound by this General Agreement are listed in Schedule 5.
