Application of Series Allocable Finance Charge Collections to the Seller. On each Transfer Date related to a Due Period commencing after the 1990 Trust Termination Date, the Master Trust Trustee, acting in accordance with instructions from the Servicer, shall withdraw from the Collections Account and allocate and pay to the Seller an amount equal to the product of (i) the result of the Excess Seller's Percentage for such Due Period minus the Required Excess Seller Interest Percentage and (ii) Series Allocable Finance Charge Collections for such Due Period.
