Common use of Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees Clause in Contracts

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swingline Sublimit or the Revolving Commitment under this Section 2.06. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Any reduction of Credit Sublimit, Swingline Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Facility shall be applied to the Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.06of each Revolving Credit Lender according to its Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Revolving Credit Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter unused portions of Credit Sublimit, Swingline Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.06Section. Upon any reduction of the unused Revolving Credit Commitment, the Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the amount by which the Revolving Credit Commitment is reduced. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective closing date of any termination of the Revolving Facility Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective closing date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Any reduction of Credit Sublimit, Swingline Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Facility shall be applied to the Commitment under this Section 2.06of each Lender according to its Applicable Percentage. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Upon any reduction of any Revolving Credit Commitments, the applicable Revolving Credit Commitment of each applicable Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender's Applicable Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the each Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the such Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.
