All fees in respect of the Aggregate Commitments Loans accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Upon any reduction of the Aggregate CommitmentsCommitments (other than a reduction of the Specified Commitments pursuant to Section 2.05(b)), the Commitment of each Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s 's Applicable Percentage of such reduction amount.
