Application Modifications. 6.11.1 If a modification or revision is made to any information in the Bona Fide application prior to a BFFO, with the exception of modifications to (1) Customer Information, (2) Contact Information or (3) Billing Contact Information, at the request of PTLLC, or as necessitated by technical considerations, the application shall be considered a new Version 2Q04: 08/18/04 Application and handled as a new application with respect to the response and provisioning intervals. BellSouth will charge PTLLC the appropriate application fee associated with the level of assessment performed by BellSouth, pursuant to section 6.3.1.
