APPLICATION INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. GARDEN CITY HARVEST’s application for CDBG assistance is incorporated into this Award Agreement by this reference and the representations made in the application are binding upon GARDEN CITY HARVEST. If GARDEN CITY HARVEST undertakes activities not represented in the application this Award Agreement may be subject to termination pursuant to the terms of Section 23 of this Award Agreement.
