APPLICATION INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. The Grantee's application for CDBG assistance, including any written modifications resulting from the review of the applications by the Department (collectively, the “Project”), is incorporated into this Contract by this reference and the representations made therein are binding upon the Grantee.
