APPLICATION INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. RAMP OF MONTANA’s application for CDBG assistance is incorporated into this Award Agreement by this reference and the representations made in the application are binding upon RAMP OF MONTANA. If RAMP OF MONTANA undertakes activities not represented in the application this Award Agreement may be subject to termination pursuant to the terms of Section 23 of this Award Agreement.
