APPLICATION INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. SUBRECIPIENT’s application for CDBG assistance is incorporated into this Award Agreement by this reference and all representations made in the application are binding upon SUBRECIPIENT, including non-Federal financial match commitments. If SUBRECIPIENT undertakes activities not represented in the application this Award Agreement may be subject to termination pursuant to the terms of Section 23 of this Award Agreement.
