Amendment Relating to Transfers to Disqualified Organizations Xxxxxx Xxx and the Trustee may, without the consent of any Holders of the Certificates, upon notice to the Holders of the Residual Certificates, notwithstanding any provisions hereof to the contrary, amend this Trust Agreement in such manner as Xxxxxx Mae may direct; provided, however, that any such amendment shall be limited to such matters as, in the judgment of Xxxxxx Xxx, based upon the written advice of its tax counsel, are reasonably necessary (i) to ensure that the record ownership of, or any beneficial interest in, any Residual Certificate is not transferred, directly or indirectly, to a Disqualified Organization; and (ii) to provide for a means to compel the transfer of any Residual Certificate which is held by a Disqualified Organization to a Holder which is not a Disqualified Organization.
Enrolled Nurse (With Notation Pay point 1 (a) Pay point 1 refers to the pay point to which an enrolled nurse (EN) has been appointed. (b) An employee will be appointed based on training and experience including: having satisfactorily completed a hospital based course of training in nursing of not more than 12 months duration leading to enrolment as an EN; or having satisfactorily completed a course of training of 12 months duration in a specified branch of nursing leading to enrolment on a register or roll maintained by a state/territory nurses registration board; and having practical experience of up to but not more than 12 months in the provision of nursing care and/or services, and, the undertaking of in-service training, subject to its provision by the employing agency, from time to time. NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock in period and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Updated Certification of Required Insurances As insurance coverage is traditionally of a term nature, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to maintain not just the appropriate insurance coverages, but also their filed certifications with OGS. The Contractor shall furnish to the State up to date certifications of coverages for all insurance requirements per section 4.16 - Insurance Requirements.
Time Limit for Filing The parties may mutually agree in writing to extend any of the time limits set forth in this Agreement.
REQUIRED FOR PART 2 JOC - PRICING OF Regular Hours Coefficient What is your regular hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book? (FAILURE TO RESPOND PROHIBITS PART 2 JOC EVALUATION) Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount lower than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing is included in the attachments for your information. The below is an Example of how pricing model works (not intended to influence your proposed coefficient, you should propose a coefficient that you determine is right for your business): To propose the exact pricing as the RS Means Unit Price Book, you would insert a 1.0 and to propose a 5% discount for the RS Means Price Book would be a .95 regular hours coefficient and so on.
Coverage for Members Who Are Hospitalized on Their Effective Date If you are in the hospital on your effective date of coverage, healthcare services related to such hospitalization are covered as long as: (a) you notify us of your hospitalization within forty-eight (48) hours of the effective date, or as soon as is reasonably possible; and (b) covered healthcare services are received in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of this agreement. As always, benefits paid in such situations are subject to the Coordination of Benefits provisions.
CERTIFICATION REGARDING DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts, design-build contracts, subcontracts, lower-tier subcontracts, purchase orders, lease agreements, consultant contracts or any other covered transaction requiring FHWA approval or that is estimated to cost $25,000 or more – as defined in 2 CFR Parts 180 and 1200.
