Application by Preference Subscribers. Each Preference Subscriber irrevocably: (a) applies for the number of Preference Units set out in respect of that Preference Subscriber in item 2.2 of schedule 1 as applicable at the time the Trustee issues the Units; (b) agrees to pay the Application Price for each of those Preference Units by instalments in accordance with the Trust Deed and this Deed; and
