Application and Definitions. 1.1. These terms and conditions in this Agreement apply to your purchase of RSP. They supplement, and should be read together with, the Fund Subscription Services Agreement, the Terms and Conditions of Use of Virtual Banking Services and any other terms and conditions governing the RSP provided by the Bank, as they may be amended from time to time.
