Common use of Application and Approval Procedures Clause in Contracts

Application and Approval Procedures. Employees who are assigned or who wish to volunteer for this program shall first receive the permission of their Section Supervisor, who will then submit their names in writing to the Project Manager Section Manager for consideration. As projects become available, the Project Manager Section Manager will select the employee based upon input from the Manager.
