APPLICANT’S CONTRACTS. Applicant agrees to be solely responsible for all contracts or agreements of any nature including, without limitation, those for Applicant’s employees and vendors. City shall not be named as a party in any contract for the Licensed area and City shall have no obligation to ensure payment to any individual or entity for goods and/or services provided in conjunction with the Licensed Area. No employment relationship exists between City and Applicant.
