APPLICABLE SYSTEMS. A. The Agency will follow GSA Associate Performance Plan and Appraisal System Order and this National Agreement to evaluate the performance of unit employees. The Agency will provide necessary training to employees relative to their duties and responsibilities under this system. B. The Union will be notified at the National level and provided the opportunity to bargain, consistent with law, over any change to the Agency performance evaluation system.
