Common use of Applicable Services Clause in Contracts

Applicable Services. In addition to other Services that may be requested under an SOW, SunEdison shall provide the following Services to SSL under an SOW pursuant to the terms of the respective SOW: • Cultural Transformation – Culture development program manager - administers all development programs and employee surveys related to culture transformation • Performance Management – Develop and modify performance review forms, own communications, facilitate Exec. review calibration meetings
