Applicable Royalty Provisions. In addition to this Section 6.7, the definition of Net Sales in APPENDIX 1 and the other provisions contained in this ARTICLE 6 governing payment of royalties from Biogen Idec to Isis will govern the payment of Reverse Royalties from Isis to Biogen Idec under this Section 6.7, mutatis mutandis, including the provisions of Sections 6.6.2, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, 6.11, and 6.12.

Applicable Royalty Provisions.
