APPLICABLE RIGHT. 25.1. The right of the State shall be applied for the Contract and the other agreements, signed on the basis of the Contract, if otherwise established by the International Agreements, the member of which the State is. 25.2. The Contractor must comply with legislation of the State. 23.3. The Contractor shall undertake the obligation to fulfil the international obligations of the State in sphere of environment protection in the Contract territory.
