APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS. All required facilities, equipment, and utilities shall also be constructed, installed, maintained, and operated consistent with applicable federal, state, county, and utility laws, rules, and regulations. Nothwithstanding contrary provisions of General Conditions and Special Conditions, nothing in the Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications shall be construed to permit work not conforming to such laws, rules, and regulations.
APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS. (Current Editions) The Contractor shall follow current federal regulations, policies and procedures related to rulemaking activities.
APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS. Whenever in these Specifications references are made to published specifications, codes, standards, or other requirements, it shall be understood that wherever no date is indicated, only the latest specifications, standards, or requirements of the respective issuing agencies which have been published as of the date that the Contract is advertised for Bids shall apply; except to the extent that said standards or requirements may be in conflict with applicable laws, ordinances, or governing codes. No requirements set forth in the Specifications or shown on the Drawings will be waived because of any provision of or omission from said standards or requirements.
APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS. (CURRENT EDITIONS) The Contractor shall be responsible for determining which laws, rules and regulations apply to a particular task(s) of each Call. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any registration or certification as required by the various Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies, along with any other registrations, certifications, licenses, permits, warrants, permissions or other credentials required to perform the agreed too call(s).
APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS. 6.1 All technical and programmatic work performed under this contract and its TOs shall comply with the applicable criteria issued by DoD, Department of the Army, and other Government Agencies within and outside DoD. The criteria documents issued by the Corps of Engineers shall be used as the primary criteria unless alternate, additional or supplementary criteria is stated in the individual TO. Applicable regulations issued by the Department of the Army with associated DoD issued policy and Department of Defense Instructions (XxXX), and/or Department of Defense Directives (XxXX) shall be followed. Where these regulations, policy and criteria are applicable to UMCS, ESS, FAS, SCADA or related installation, testing, operation, management, etc., those requirements shall be incorporated. A list of applicable criteria is provided in Section J, Attachment 7, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) List.
