Army Regulations Clause Samples

The 'Army Regulations' clause establishes that the parties must comply with all applicable rules, policies, and procedures set forth by the Army in relation to the contract or agreement. In practice, this means that any actions, deliverables, or conduct under the agreement must adhere to the standards and requirements specified by Army authorities, such as security protocols, reporting obligations, or operational guidelines. This clause ensures that all contractual activities are aligned with military expectations and legal requirements, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and promoting operational consistency.
