Applicable Position Classifications. The EMPLOYEES in the UNIT include any full-time employee working in the Recreation and Parks, Clerical, Engineering and Accounting Unit in classifications shown in section A-1 of "Appendix A". Management, confidential employees, student trainees, temporary, and part- time employees, are not subject to the provisions of this Memorandum.
