Applicable Law; Validity Clause Samples

Applicable Law; Validity. The validity of the Plan or any of its provisions shall be determined under and construed according to the laws of the State of Delaware. If any provision of the Plan shall be held illegal or invalid for any reason, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions of the Plan and it shall be construed as if said illegal or invalid provision had never been included.
