Common use of Applicable Law Miscellaneous Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law Miscellaneous. THIS AMENDMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. The provisions of Section 11.14 and Section 11.15 of the Amended Credit Agreement are incorporated by reference herein and made a part hereof and shall apply to this Amendment, mutatis mutandis, as if fully set forth herein.
