APPLICABLE LAW AND LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT. 32.1 This Contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. 32.2 Nothing in this Contract shall entitle the Contractor to exercise the rights, privileges and powers conferred upon it by this Contract in a manner which will contravene the laws of India. 32.3 The English language shall be the language of this Contract and shall be used in arbitral proceedings. APPLICABLE LAW AND LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT. Disputes arising from the interpretation and/or application of the Agreement are subject to French law. This applies to both substantive and formal rules. In case of dispute, the laws of the countries where the virtual servers are located do not apply and the Agreement remains subject to French law. If the Agreement is written in more than one language or translated, the French version shall prevail. For the performance of the present Agreement, the Parties respectively elect domicile at their registered offices indicated on the first page.   • Governing Law and Language This Framework Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and all communication between us and you during our contractual relationship shall be conducted in English.
