Common use of Applicable Law and Choice of Forum Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law and Choice of Forum. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The parties agree that any appropriate federal or state court located in or otherwise embracing Nassau County, Florida or federal court located in the Middle District of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any case or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be a proper forum in which to adjudicate such case or controversy.
