Common use of Applicable Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Applicable Governing Law. The parties hereto specifically concur that this Agreement, having been executed and delivered in the State of California between US Facilities Corporation, whose principal offices are in the State of California, and Executive Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, a resident of the State of California, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California; and the validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, including its laws and decisions relating to conflict of laws.
