Common use of Applicable GAAP Clause in Contracts

Applicable GAAP. save as provided in paragraph (ii) of this definition, in respect of any person, the generally accepted accounting principles and policies in the country in which such person is incorporated or under whose laws it is otherwise established, consistently applied; and
