Applicable Foreign Borrower Commitment any Applicable Australian Borrower Commitment, Applicable Belgian Borrower Commitment, Applicable Canadian Borrower Commitment, Applicable Dutch Borrower Commitment, Applicable New Zealand Borrower Commitment, Applicable Singapore Borrower Commitment or Applicable UK Borrower Commitment, as the context may require.
Applicable Foreign Borrower Commitment any Applicable Dutch Kraton Borrower Commitment or the maximum amount of Revolver Commitments with respect to an Applicable Foreign Borrower, from time to time, as the context may require. Applicable Law: all laws, rules, regulations and legally binding governmental guidelines applicable to the Person, conduct, transaction, agreement or matter in question, including all applicable statutory law and common law, and all provisions of constitutions, treaties, statutes, rules, regulations, orders and decrees of Governmental Authorities having the force of law. Applicable Lenders: (a) with respect to the U.S. Borrowers, the U.S. Lenders, or (b) with respect to the Dutch Kraton Borrowers, the Dutch Kraton Lenders.
