Common use of Applicable Costs Clause in Contracts

Applicable Costs. The Construction Allowance may be used only for the following costs: (1) the cost of preparing design and construction documents and mechanical and electrical plans for Tenant’s Work; (2) the hard costs of Tenant’s Work; (3) the cost of obtaining permits for Tenant’s Work; and (4) the fees of Tenant’s project manager, if any, supervising Tenant’s Work. In no event shall the Construction Allowance be used for the purchase of equipment, furniture or other items of personal property of Tenant.
