Common use of Applicable Charges Clause in Contracts

Applicable Charges. During the term of this Agreement, the User must pay the following Charges for the Services provided for, or in connection with the provision of the Services to, each Delivery Point: (a) the applicable Reference Tariffs set out in the Reference Tariff Schedule (including as may be subject to a Minimum Charge); (b) Ancillary Fee; and (c) any other amounts payable by the User under the terms of this Agreement.
