This agreement is authorized by and incorporates HUD’s FY 2018 and FY 2019 Community Compass Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Program (“TA”) Notice of Funding Availability (“NOFA”) (“FR-6200-N-06”), which includes applicable authorities. Any state or county governmental or quasi- governmental entity or body (or any department or agency thereof) exercising jurisdiction over the Parcels or any portion thereof including, without limitation: the Lansdowne Conservancy, VDOT, the Loudoun County Department of Planning, the Loudoun County Planning Commission and the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors.
