Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations. 29.1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in paragraph 30.1 of this Client Agreement, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in Commonwealth of Dominica.
