Applicability of Redemption Provisions. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Company Order, the Notes will not be subject to any sinking fund. If a Company Order specifies an Initial Redemption Date for a Note, the Company shall have an option to redeem such Note prior to its Stated Maturity on the date or dates and at the prices specified in such Company Order, all as provided for in Sections 3.02 and 3.03.
