Appeal/Acceptance. Unless the decision of the arbitrator(s) is appealed pursuant to Article 75 Section 7511 (a), (b) I , (c), (d), and (e) of the New York Civil Practice Law and Rules within fifteen (15) days of receipt thereof, it will be accepted as final by the parties.
