App Developer Trademarks. Subject to the provisions of this Section 5.3, during the term of this Agreement, YouNow shall have the right to advertise, use and display to the public that the Props Tokens are integrated into the Developer Apps and that the Developer Apps are incorporated into the Props Network under the trademarks, marks, and trade names of App Developer set forth in Exhibit F, as may be amended in writing by App Developer from time to time (“App Developer Trademarks”). The form, circumstances and context of all use of the App Developer Trademarks by YouNow shall be subject to App Developer’s branding and trademark guidelines made available to YouNow.
