API Volume Sample Clauses

API Volume. You agree and acknowledge that if you make more than twenty thousand (20,000) API calls (or such other amount as may be authorized in writing by VolunteerMatch)(“Call Limit”), or request more than five hundred (500) megabytes of data (or such other amount as may be authorized in writing by VolunteerMatch)(“Data Limit”), during any consecutive seven (7) day period, VolunteerMatch will have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to you.
