Common use of API Product Developments Clause in Contracts

API Product Developments. All Intellectual Property relating to the API or the development or manufacture of the API, that is conceived, reduced to practice, authored or otherwise invented, discovered, generated or developed in whole or in part by Chemport in the course of activities under this Agreement, whether patentable or not, and any authorship of works relating to the API that are created by Chemport, including but not limited to any trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets or copyrights, shall be “API Product Developments.”
