API Data Maintenance. Supplier will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the API Data. Supplier makes no commitment with respect to the availability and the accuracy of the API Data obtained from third parties not controlled by Supplier. Buyer acknowledges that a large portion of API Data is obtained from third parties not controlled by Supplier. Supplier provides no warranty with respect to the availability or accuracy of any API Data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Supplier shall use good faith efforts to obtain API Data from third parties where applicable.
