Any member promoted to the position of a Captain must serve a minimum of one Sample Clauses

This clause establishes a mandatory minimum service period for any member who is promoted to the rank of Captain. In practice, it means that once an individual attains the Captain position, they are required to serve in that role for at least one year before being eligible for further promotion, transfer, or resignation. The core function of this clause is to ensure stability and continuity in leadership positions by preventing rapid turnover and allowing the organization to benefit from the experience and leadership of newly promoted Captains.
